By installing or using SeaLog, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
SeaLog is designed as a digital logging aid and internal operational tool. It does not replace statutory paper or certified electronic record books required by maritime flag administrations unless specifically accredited. You remain solely responsible for the regulatory compliance and accuracy of all logged hours and maritime data.
You are responsible for securing the physical devices running SeaLog, including safeguarding PINs and controlling access to device-unlinking functions.
Sea of Competency provides the service on an "as is" basis and is not liable for data loss, network synchronization delays, or administrative logging discrepancies.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom.
